What is Maine’s Law on Implied Warranties

Implied warranties apply to consumer goods, both new and used (except used cars). This warranty is explained in detail in Chapter 4 of the Maine Attorney General’s Consumer Law Guide. Implied warranties are covered in the statutes in 11 MRS §2-314.
