Commission to Create a Plan to Incorporate the Probate Courts into the Judicial Branch Meeting November 1, 2021

Public Access:

Members of the public attending the meeting in-person in Room 228 of the State House must adhere to the Legislative Council’s COVID-19 Prevention Policy.  Alternatively, the meeting will be live-streamed on the Legislature’s YouTube page at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BAdEmFofkLw and a live audio-only stream of the meeting will be available at the following link: https://legislature.maine.gov/Audio/#228.


Public Comment:

The Commission invites members of the public to provide public comment either in-person at the State House or remotely; if you intend to provide your comments remotely over Zoom, please register in advance through the following link: : https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_W8-zYa8QRVu_zH1-9AjB1Q.  If you do not intend to provide public comment but wish to follow the meeting remotely, we respectfully request that you access the meeting via YouTube or by listening to the audio stream rather than over Zoom.

 

The Commission also welcomes written comments from members of the public.  If you are testifying in person at the State House, please bring 25 copies of your written comments with you.  All other persons who wish to submit written comments should send them via email to Janet.Stocco@legislature.maine.gov.  To ensure that your comments are received by commission members in time for the meeting, please submit your comments by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29th.  Written comments received after that time will be distributed to commission members as soon as possible (but may not be distributed until the meeting is over).

 

Please remember that any comments submitted for distribution to the commission are a matter of public record and may be posted on this website.  Please avoid including any private or sensitive personal information in your submissions.
